Departure from the seaside town of Jesolo to reach the elegant, historic city of Treviso. The outstanding cycle track, known as the Friendship CycleRoute, is the last leg of the Munich-Venice road and goes through picturesque landscapes featuring abundant flora and fauna. The entire track follows the River Sile, the longest groundwater river in Europe, which leads us through the colourful Northern Lagoon, and to Treviso, known as ‘little Venice’. The first leg crosses via Salsi to reach the Venetian Lagoon with its spectacular views to be admired until we reach Portegrandi after cycling for approximately one hour. We will then ride through the towns of Quarto D’altino, Musestre, Casale sul Sile and Casier, where we can admire the resting ground for the typical boats used for transport in the past (‘Burci’). We will arrive at Treviso at around 12,30 a.m. for a short city tour during which it will be possible. have lunch in some typical Tavern.
